In 1985, Rob’s services to South Australian business were recognised with The Order of Australia Medal. Rob’s expertise is integral to developing and running practical programs for business owners and operators, including our Mentoring for Success and Business Basics for Start-Ups programs. He is always keen to ‘stir the pot’ and get people thinking about how they can grow their business.
Mark Nemtsas (Business Advisor (Digital))
Mark is our Digital Business Advisor and has more than 15 years of experience running his own small business that developed software products which are now used by more than 10,000 companies in the USA. He has years of experience developing and running SEO friendly websites, devising and monitoring digital advertising campaigns, and running various social media channels. Mark is never scared to give an honest (but not brutally honest) opinion on the digital side of any business.
Mike Richards (Coordinator Business Services)
Mike is an experienced economic development professional, manager, and business advisor with a broad base of advisory, finance, HR, grant/ tender writing, technology assessment and business development skills. He has extensive networks and is a strong collaborator. Mike has supported business growth with advisory roles at the City of Onkaparinga, Manufacturing Technologies Centre, City of Playford, Innovate SA, Venture Capital SA, Centre for Innovation Business and Manufacturing and the Business Centre. He has also had his own private consulting business and was corporate investigator with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission. Mike is a Fellow of CPA Australia and graduate of the AICD.
Deniz Subasi (Business advisor)
Deniz is a multilingual global serial entrepreneur. He worked in Germany, Switzerland, Hong Kong and China before he moved to Adelaide in 2009. Ever since, he is working as a business strategist and advisor. In Europe he worked for IBM, SAP and UPS before starting his own manufacturing and export business in Hong Kong. His background is in computer science and technology and he also has an MBA degree from UniSA.
