Advanced Management & Mentoring Program (AMMP)

The program takes place over a 10 month period and consists of:

• An initial 10 hour or 2 day diagnostic process of the business performed by a Professional Accountant. The Accountant (or equivalent) will be approved by you, to work with your business throughout the program, together with one other Business Consultant/Mentor from Polaris.

• Regular monthly management and report meetings (AMMP meetings) will involve the Accountant, the mentor, the business owner and or other client management staff.

• The Accountant will spend 2 hours preparing the figures and agenda ready for the meetings, which will be arranged in advance to accommodate all parties.

“Being part of the Advanced Management and Mentoring Program (AMMP) has been helpful in realising the importance of working on the business rather than only in the business. By taking the time to put key areas for business growth under the microscope we’ve seen new opportunities expand, providing controlled growth and
good revenue. The Program has shown us pathway to move from a small to medium business. It has further assisted us in refining our systems and procedures”.  - Natalie Michels, CEO of Coiltek
