Savvy Estates is a growing South Australian boutique real estate company in Greenacres. Founded by Kim Rondeau, it is an all-woman company that also specialises in helping women in the property market.
Kim has a long history of working in small business and ten years in the real estate industry before deciding to launch her own business to cater to the gaps she realised existed in the market.
Kim decided to seek out support to set her business up right from the start. Getting in touch with the Polaris Centre, Kim engaged in a free Business Consultation to ensure the basics of setting up her business and signed up to Ignite Your Business to confirm compliance matters that needed to be sorted out going on to consult her advisor on setting up her website and social media marketing.
During that time, Kim enthusiastically attended Polaris networking events and greatly appreciated the opportunity to meet people in the small business community she may not have been able to otherwise. Within 18 months of starting, business was booming, and Kim moved from working out of a spare room in her home to a real office space in Greenacres with a trusted employee and has now expanded the team her team. Savvy Estates services include selling homes for vendors and property management throughout metropolitan Adelaide.
